RATES
Rates are expressed in USD and are subject to changes, which will be informed to the passenger accordingly.
GUARANTEE
During check-in, a security deposit will be requested either in cash or as a credit card authorization, depending on the length of the stay, to cover potential damages or incidental charges. If not utilized, this charge will be voided upon check-out.
RESERVATIONS
To finalize a reservation for the Hotel, excursions, or a tour package, payment must be made in full. Quotations and program information do not constitute a reservation; therefore, no bookings will be confirmed without payment.
MODIFICATIONS
The passenger may change the start date of the tour package, accommodation, or excursion only once, subject to availability, up to 15 days before the start date. No changes will be permitted after this period.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The passenger accepts the following penalties:
High Season
• Cancellation 60 days before the start: Full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the start: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the start: No refund.
Mid Season
• Cancellation 45 days before the start: Full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation between 45 and 20 days before the start: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 20 days before the start: No refund.
Low Season
• Cancellation 30 days before the start: Full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation 15 days before the start: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the start: No refund.
The company will not refund VAT (Value Added Tax) if the refund is requested more than 180 days after the invoicing date of the purchased package.
Weather Conditions and Connectivity:
Passengers acknowledge that local weather conditions can vary at any time. Foreseeable events that can be endured—such as existing volcanic eruptions, ash clouds, fog, and similar phenomena—do not constitute Force Majeure or Act of God. If the passenger lacks air or maritime connectivity to reach the starting point (Hotel Loberías del Sur or as determined by management) due to these conditions, they may not claim rate refunds or date changes and will be subject to the cancellation penalties mentioned above.
If a passenger chooses not to participate in an activity due to rain or other natural reasons that do not prevent the activity’s execution, no refund will be granted.
Promotional Re-booking:
If a passenger cancels a reservation to make a new one to take advantage of a promotion published after the original booking, no refund of the initial payment will be granted.
NO-SHOW
If the passenger fails to arrive at the Hotel at the start of the contracted activity, the company will assume non-participation and will not refund any amount for excursions or accommodation.
ACT OF GOD OR FORCE MAJEURE
If an Act of God or Force Majeure (as defined in Article 45 of the Chilean Civil Code), which is completely beyond the passenger’s control, prevents an excursion or affects the stay, the passenger may reschedule the unprovided services at no additional cost. If the passenger chooses not to reschedule, they may obtain a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Airline flight delays do not constitute an Act of God or Force Majeure. In such cases, transfers from the airport to Hotel Loberías del Sur outside the original scheduled time must be paid for in full by each passenger.
COMPANY FAULT OR NEGLIGENCE
If, due to the fault or negligence of the company or its service providers, the passenger is unable to carry out an activity, the value of the unperformed land or maritime excursion will be refunded. Alternatively, the passenger and the company may mutually agree on a replacement excursion or another solution.
ITINERARIES AND SCHEDULES
For reasons based on the Care, Protection, and Safety of passengers, the Catamaran crew, and the personnel responsible for carrying out the various excursion activities—whether land-based and/or navigation—as well as third parties not related to the passengers, their goods and belongings, including vehicles, other vessels, and their respective facilities, it is established that all itineraries and schedules of such excursions, stopovers, halts, route changes, modifications to departure times, excursion departures, and length of stay at different locations shall be subject to the irrevocable decision of the person responsible for the execution of the respective excursion. Consequently, passengers acknowledge and accept that they may not file claims, request compensation of any kind, or object to decisions made under the aforementioned circumstances.
Any refund process for payments made under these conditions will take no less than 15 business days from the date the refund decision is approved.

Promotional packages for stays and tours apply only from their publication date forward and are never retroactive.
